BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – When you place the Indiana soccer schedule side-by-side with the Associated Press’s current Top 10 ranking, there are many similarities. Indiana faces four top 10 teams in its first seven games, with the second of their four tests on Saturday against No.8 Cincinnati.

This one is at Memorial Stadium, which is sold out for this showdown. This is the first time in 40 years that the Hoosiers have played a non-conference game against a ranked team since welcoming USC No. 2 in September 1981.

Indiana’s first shot against a ranked team came in Game 1 against Iowa, and the Hoosiers stumbled in a 34-6 loss. But this game is at home, and Indiana coach Tom Allen can’t wait to get a big boost from a boisterous crowd.
